A small studio that builds one thing carefully
Wize is a founder-led automation studio based in the UAE. We build WhatsApp assistants for businesses that sell and serve through messages, and the dashboards their teams need to stay in control.
Who you work with
Wize is small by design. When you contact us, you speak to Jozef, the founder, who also sets up and looks after your system. There is no sales team between you and the person doing the work.
Our first product is the spare-parts assistant: it answers part enquiries on WhatsApp, takes orders with a stock check, and gives staff a dashboard for orders, chats and inventory. It is a working system that we demonstrate live.
We are at the beginning. We do not have a wall of client logos to show you yet, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can show is the product working on a real WhatsApp chat.

Our approach
Four principles behind every setup
Start where your customers already are
Your customers message you on WhatsApp. We improve that conversation instead of asking them to download an app or fill in a form.
Only say what is true
The assistant answers from your product list and the facts you approve. If it does not know a price or a stock level, it does not make one up.
Keep people in control
A customer can always ask for a person, and your staff can step into any conversation. Automation handles the routine, not the exceptions.
Simple to live with
You update prices and stock yourself, in a list you already understand. You should not need us for everyday changes.
