A WhatsApp parts counter that takes orders
The system Wize has built: an assistant that answers part enquiries on WhatsApp, takes orders with a stock check, and gives staff a dashboard for orders, chats and inventory.
Why we built it
A parts shop is asked the same thing many times a day: do you have this part for this car, what brand is it, and what does it cost? Each answer means someone leaving the counter to check a list and type a reply.
Wize built this system to answer those messages from the shop's own parts list, take the order in the same chat, and leave staff to confirm and hand over the part.
It runs today as a working demonstration with a sample parts list. It is shown here as a product demo, not as a client result.

How a conversation runs
- 1
The customer writes normally
For example "brake pads for Corolla 2019". Informal wording and typos are understood.
- 2
Missing details are requested
If the model or year is missing, the assistant asks for it and remembers what was already said.
- 3
Matches are sent one by one
Up to three matching parts, each as its own message with the car, brand, price in AED, branch and a reference photo.
- 4
The customer orders by replying
A number, several numbers, or a quantity such as "2 of 1". The quantity is checked against stock.
- 5
The order reaches the dashboard
The customer gets a confirmation with the total, and the order appears for staff within seconds.
What it does today
On WhatsApp
- Understands informal messages and asks for missing details
- Searches by part, make, model and year
- Sends each match as a separate message with a photo
- Answers questions about hours, pickup and payment from approved facts
- Never states a price or stock level that is not in your list
Orders
- Order by item number, several items, or quantity
- Stock check before an order is accepted
- One confirmation listing every item and the total
- Order statuses from New to Completed or Cancelled
- Search, filter and CSV export
Human handoff
- Recognises a request to speak to a person
- Assistant stays quiet while staff handle the chat
- Inbox with transcript and sound alert
- Staff reply from the dashboard
- Resolve returns the chat to the assistant
Parts and stock
- Edit parts, prices and stock from the dashboard
- Import and export as CSV or Excel, with a preview before saving
- Low-stock filter with an adjustable threshold
- List of requested parts that were not in stock
- Individual, invite-only staff logins
What staff see
- Orders page with search, status filter, totals for the day and CSV export.
- Inbox for conversations where the customer asked for a person, with a sound alert and replies sent from the dashboard.
- Parts page that edits the same list the assistant reads, with CSV and Excel import and export.
- A list of parts customers asked for that were not in stock.
What we need from you to set it up
- Your parts list with part name, car make, model, year range, brand, price, stock and branch.
- A business WhatsApp number connected through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Your shop facts: opening hours, branches, pickup or delivery, and payment methods.
- The names and emails of staff who need a dashboard login.
Known limits today
We would rather you hear these from us.
- Photos are reference images found by web search unless you provide your own product photos.
- Stock is checked when a customer orders, but it is not reduced automatically when an order is confirmed.
- The assistant handles text messages. Voice notes and images sent by customers are not read.
Message the assistant yourself
Book a demo and we will put the assistant on a live WhatsApp chat so you can ask it for a part and place an order.
